In Ontario. how does someone re-establish their identity after losing all their papers? No SIN card, no birth certificate, no drivers licence, no health card. The person is located in Ottawa, so if you know a local office or judge he can use to get his life back, please share. Thank you.|||It's a pain. He needs to start with his Birth Certificate and work up from there.|||like what in a fire? let's say in that case, they know your papers went in flames and you can get your copies at a governement place. or if you were a bum for so long and wanna get your life back on track, you just go and ask for it. they'll probably send you to some program to get your life back on track and stuff but you're not a nobody just cuz you don't have any papers anymore.|||It is a process called "safe re-birthing."
