It's actually against the law in Canada for a potential employer to ask you many of those questions. In fact, by asking you they'd have violated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Delete it.|||Don't go near this one. The Toronto Marriot is a top-notch property and I can assure you their personnel department is much better in the English language than what I just read. Secondly, they wouldn't advertise on Yahoo Answers.|||No, this is a wellknown scam within Marriotts and it has been around for a couple of years

BUT Marriott Hotel is a REALLY good hotel.. the only one i go to well in Toronto.|||This is a scam!|||There is a group of criminals that send out these emails to unsuspecting job seekers. They may have found your name on a jobs website, or may simply have forwarded it to you at random.
If you look at the email headers, you will probably see an IP address or hostname, and I bet doing search on a whois server, you will find it is not even originating from Canada. They tend to be located in Nigeria, but I have seen some of them using accounts on servers that are located in Asia, such as in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Korea.
DO NOT REPLY!
If you send them money (processing fee), they will take that money and you will not get a job. If you send them your passport or confidential information, they will sell that info to someone who wants to make a fake passport, and you may end up with your name in a terrorist database or on a country's no-fly list.
The biggest clue that the email you received is not legitimate is that their English is terrible. No company would say "We are happy to receive your aspiration", or use the term "..and without a single mistake..." or say the garbled sentence "...assist our personnel fix you...". And companies pride themselves on publishing accurate info, so most would not make spelling mistakes like "bellow".
So no, this is a scam, a fraud, a fake, or whatever you want to call it. Your only two options should be to delete the message and ignore it, or forward it to your country's police department in their internet fraud division. They can perhaps work with Interpol to stop these criminals from ripping off anyone else.
If you are looking for a job in that industry, your BEST bet is to go on the internet and contact the hotels directly through their websites. The Marriott hotel chain can be found by doing a search on Google or Yahoo! by typing in "Marriott Hotels" and clicking on the link there that shows www.marriott.com
Don't trust ANY link that was emailed to you. They may be set up to look like the hotel website, but it could be (and usually is) a clever disguised website that takes you elsewhere. Always keep your eye on the URL listed at the top of your browser. If it suddenly changes to an unexpected IP address, that is a warning sign.|||it's a scam. All they want is your passport info to use for some other purpose. The first part isn't too bad and I suspect much of it is a cut and paste from the actual hotel's website, but later sections are plainly written by someone with a poor command of English, and I don't believe that Marriott Hotels can't afford to hire someone to write proper English for something like this. And really, does it seem realistic to hire someone over the internet? How would they know whether or not you can do any of the jobs they offer? Don't send any info at all, just delete this garbage. And no place in Canada, no job, even at executive or CEO level, offers 3 months off every year with full pay.
