Does anyone know of a grant program for Ontario first time home buyers?

I read in the paper that you can get up to $20K to help buy a house of maximum $200K value if you are currently renting. I am in Ottawa Ontario and cannot find any details on the program.|||You can withdraw up to $20,000 from your RRSP to use as a downpayment (it has to be repaid over 15 years) and you can get a rebate of part of the land transfer tax in some cases, but I don't know about any grant.|||I would suggest you go back to the newspaper and read it very carefully This web site may help http://www.lockedrates.ca/ it looked like it had some interesting articles I hope this helps
