A recent Ottawa News paper article where it talks about people going to a Mediator?

I'm looking for recent Ottawa sun or any New's paper in ottawa where in the article people have a disagreement or have different opions about something and they go to a Mediator to help them reslove the issue...|||Mediators are used in union strikes.
