How to obtain finalized divorce papers from Vietnam?

Hello, I was married into a scam marriage several years ago in Vietnam. Anyhow as it turned out, I was able to get a divorce in 2007. I have since misplaced the papers that show proof of divorce, but I need to obtain an official copy of them so that I may marry my fiance in the Philippines. I live in Canada. Can I obtain them through the Vietnamese Embassy in Ottawa?|||yes
