I need to send some required paper for applying my study permit in Canada but I dont know the address, I know the headquarter s at Ottawa. If not, you MUST be accepted by a University in Canada FIRST, before you can apply for a Student Visa. If you are accepted, you will receive a "letter of acceptance " by mail from the University, THEN you can apply for a student Visa, from the Canadian Government, at the Canadian Embassy in your home country.
